DESCRIPTION

The MS3420-24A is a cylindrical connector sleeve designed for use with Amphenol Heavy Duty MIL-C-22992 Class L connectors in shell size 36. This sleeve provides cable strain relief and sealing functionality within the connector assembly, featuring a free dimension of 1.125 inches and a closed dimension of 0.682 inches. The sleeve is manufactured with Alumilite 225 hard anodic finish for abrasion and corrosion resistance, or alternatively available with conductive cadmium plate. It integrates with the connector's resilient inserts for moisture sealing and works in conjunction with cable clamp accessories to provide positive protection against shock and vibration. The MS3420-24A is commonly used in demanding aerospace, military, and industrial applications where reliable cable management and environmental sealing are critical.
