DESCRIPTION

The 10-823955-016 is a standard cylindrical connector from the Amphenol 97 Series, designed for low-cost, general-duty interconnection applications. It features a threaded coupling mechanism, hard dielectric inserts, and non-rotating contacts for reliable connections. Constructed from high-grade aluminum alloy with a conductive cadmium plate finish, it operates over a temperature range of –55°C to +125°C. The contacts are silver-plated with pre-tinned solder cups, and the solder-style inserts are made of diallyl-phthalate. This field-proven connector is widely used in automotive, robotics, and machine tool industries and is intermateable with existing 97 Series and SAE AS50151 connectors.
