DESCRIPTION
The 42-14595 is a WE-FLAT flat ferrite core designed for EMC and inductive solutions in general electronic equipment. It features a 13-pole configuration with 1.27 mm grid spacing, material composition of 4 W 620 with an initial permeability of 620, and a Curie temperature of 150°C. The core dimensions are 23.8 ±0.3 mm × 18.8 ±0.3 mm × 1.1 ±0.3 mm, with a maximum cable width of 18.5 mm and applicable cable diameter support for up to 13 poles. Electrical characteristics include impedance of 39 O at 25 MHz and 70 O at 100 MHz (both ±25% tolerance) when tested with AWG26 cable at 50 mm length. The component operates over a temperature range of -25°C to +125°C and is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and suitable for EMI/RFI suppression and signal integrity applications in industrial and consumer electronics.
