DESCRIPTION
The 76384-312LF is a Dubox® SHUNTS low-profile board/wire-to-board connector designed for reliable electrical connections with enhanced retention features. It incorporates a dual beam contact design with pre-stressed contacts that require low insertion force, and features 4-wall contact design for signal protection. The connector has floating solder tails with self-centering on circuit pads to assure coplanarity, with an insertion depth of 4.85 mm providing 3.81 mm wipe, and can mate with very short pins (5 mm) while being stackable end-to-end and side-by-side. Electrical performance includes a maximum current rating of 2.5 A per contact, contact resistance of 15 mO maximum initially and 20 mO maximum after environmental tests, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 800 V. This connector is suitable for personal care devices, home automation systems, and industrial applications such as robotics and power tools, where reliable low-profile interconnections are required.
