DESCRIPTION

The 76383-312LF is a dual-row shrouded header connector manufactured by Amphenol ICC/FCI, designed for reliable interconnection in electronic assemblies. It features a polyester body with 30% glass fill, flame-retardant per UL-94 V0, and phosphor bronze contacts with lead-free plating consisting of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate, meeting RoHS compliance requirements. The connector supports 3 positions per row (6 total positions in dual-row configuration) with 2.54 mm pitch spacing, providing a contact retention force of 15 N minimum in either direction. The housing is designed to withstand wave solder temperatures of 245°C ±5°C for 5 seconds on 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit boards, making it suitable for automated manufacturing processes. This connector is commonly used in industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics where reliable mating and environmental compliance are essential.
