DESCRIPTION

76383-308LF is a shrouded header connector designed for reliable interconnection in electronic assemblies. The connector features 8 positions per row with 2.54 mm pitch spacing and is constructed with a polyester housing (30% glass-filled, flame retardant per UL-94 VO-1) and phosphor bronze contacts. The "LF" suffix indicates lead-free RoHS compliance, with 2 µm minimum matte tin plating over 1.27 µm tin-nickel on contact areas. The connector provides 15 N minimum pin retention in either direction and is compatible with wave solder applications at 245°C ±5°C for 5 seconds on 1.6 mm minimum thick circuit boards. This product is ideal for standard PCB interconnection applications requiring reliable, environmentally compliant connections in industrial and consumer electronics.
