DESCRIPTION

76383-305LF is a shrouded header connector featuring 5 positions per row with a 2.54 mm pitch spacing. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with a minimum pin retention force of 15 N in either direction, ensuring reliable mating cycles. The housing is constructed from polyester with 30% glass fill, flame-retardant per UL-94 V0-1, and is available in blue color. As indicated by the "LF" suffix, this product is RoHS-compliant with lead-free plating consisting of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm tin-nickel on contact areas. The connector is designed to withstand wave solder applications at 245°C ±5°C for 5 seconds with a minimum 1.6 mm thick circuit board, making it suitable for automated PCB assembly and industrial applications requiring reliable interconnection.
