DESCRIPTION

The 65863-079FLF is a Quickie® Shrouded IDC PCB Connector Header designed for reliable flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design with low profile construction and blue thermoplastic housing rated UL94V-0, providing pin protection and misalignment prevention. The connector utilizes phosphor-bronze pins with tin plating over 1.27µm nickel, delivering a current rating of 1A continuous, insulation resistance of 1×105MO minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 750V AC. Operating across a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C with 100 mating cycles capability, this connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications requiring cost-effective and durable interconnections.
