DESCRIPTION

The 65863-051 is a vertical PCB header connector manufactured by Amphenol ICC/FCI as part of the QUICKIE product family. This connector features a 2x5 position configuration with 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch spacing and is designed for standard latch applications. The housing is constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic material in black color, with phosphor-bronze pin material providing reliable electrical contact and mechanical retention. The connector supports a minimum retention force of 3 lbs (1.36 kg) and accommodates standard PCB hole patterns with recommended hole diameter of 0.106" ± 0.003" (2.70 ± 0.08 mm). This header connector is commonly used in general-purpose electronic assemblies, test equipment, and modular system interconnections where reliable, cost-effective board-to-board or board-to-cable connections are required.
