DESCRIPTION

The 65863-049LF is a vertical PCB header connector from Amphenol FCI's QUICKIE product family, designed for reliable interconnection in compact electronic assemblies. This 2x5 pin connector features a standard latch mechanism and is constructed with high-temperature thermoplastic housing in black color and phosphor-bronze pin material. The connector has a dimension B of 0.400 inches (10.160 mm), a pin tail length (DIM D) of 0.105 inches (2.67 mm), and terminal plating of 30 microinches minimum (0.76 micrometers) over 50 microinches nickel (1.27 micrometers). With a 3 LBS (1.36 kg) minimum retention force and recommended PCB hole pattern of 0.100 inches (2.54 mm) spacing, this connector is suitable for applications requiring secure, repeatable mating in space-constrained environments such as consumer electronics, industrial control systems, and telecommunications equipment.
