DESCRIPTION

The 65801-010LF is a standard Clincher™ receptacle connector from the 2.54mm pitch flex connector system designed for reliable termination to flat flexible circuitry (FFC), flexible printed circuits (FPC), and conductive ink circuitry (CIC). The connector features pre-loaded dual-metal Mini-PV™ receptacle contacts with a gas-tight, four-point clinching termination that provides contamination-free connections without requiring cable preparation. It supports 2 to 32 positions with tin plating on the main contacts, achieving a maximum contact resistance of 10 mO and an insulation resistance of 5000 MO minimum, with a current rating of 2.0 A continuous per contact and withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC RMS. The connector operates across -65°C to +105°C and is rated for 100 mating cycles with a cable retention of 10 lbs per inch. This connector is ideal for industrial applications, consumer electronics, medical devices, and sensing instrumentation where cost-effective, reliable flex cable connections are required.
