DESCRIPTION

The 54101-G3002LF is an unshrouded vertical through-hole header connector designed for reliable interconnection in electronic assemblies. It features phosphor-bronze pins with plating options of 15–100 µm on contact areas or 100–250 µm on beroster, and a high-temperature thermoplastic housing (UL94V-O rated, black or mineral-filled LCP flame retardant). The connector supports 10 to 36 positions per row with 2.54 mm pitch, accommodates 30 to 36,000 positions per reel, and includes retentive legs on both sides at both ends for secure retention (minimum 2 lbs/0.9 kg in either direction). The housing withstands 260°C peak temperature for 20 seconds in convection, infra-red, or vapor phase reflow ovens, or 15 seconds in wave solder applications with 1.5 mm minimum circuit board thickness. This lead-free product meets European Union directives and is ideal for applications requiring robust, high-temperature-rated interconnection in industrial and consumer electronics.
