DESCRIPTION
The 52601-S16-6LF is a Quickie® shrouded header connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a low-profile design with four-walled shrouded construction for pin protection and misalignment prevention, dual polarization to prevent connector mismating, and gold/GXT plating (0.76µm) on the mating area with tin on the solder side. The connector supports 100 mating cycles with a current rating of 1A continuous, operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C, and is compatible with wave, vapor-phase, and IR reflow soldering processes. This connector is ideal for electronic control systems, communication equipment, servers, industrial automation, instrumentation, vending machines, and medical applications where reliable flat cable termination is required.
