DESCRIPTION
The 52601-S14-4LF is a Quickie® Shrouded Header Low Profile connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating, and is available in surface mount (SMT) and pin-in-paste (PIP) configurations. The connector is rated for 1A continuous current with an insulation resistance of 1×105 MO minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V RMS, operating reliably across -65°C to +105°C. With gold/GXT plating (0.76µm) on mating areas and tin on solder sides, it supports 100 mating cycles and is compatible with wave, vapor-phase, and IR reflow soldering processes. This connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, vending machines, and medical applications where reliable, cost-effective flat cable termination is required.
