DESCRIPTION

The 52601-S10-4LF is a low-profile shrouded vertical header connector designed for reliable PCB interconnection applications. It features a 0.100-inch (2.54 mm) pitch with dual-row configuration and is constructed from high-temperature thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated) with phosphor-bronze pins. The connector supports multiple position configurations (2×5 through 2×30 positions) and offers optional retentive legs for enhanced retention, with a minimum retention force of 3 lbs (1.36 kg). The product is lead-free compliant and can withstand wave solder exposure at 260°C peak temperature for 15 seconds or reflow oven exposure for 20 seconds, making it suitable for automated assembly processes. Common applications include computer peripherals, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics requiring robust, cost-effective interconnection solutions.
