DESCRIPTION

The 10153118-132KALF is a WireLock® double-row right-angle through-hole PCB header connector designed for automotive-grade wire-to-board applications. It features a 1.80mm pitch with support for 10 to 40 positions in a compact double-row configuration, offering a nominal current carrying capacity of 2A per contact with low-level contact resistance below 15mO and dielectric withstand voltage of 1000VAC. The connector supports cable wire gauges from 22AWG to 26AWG and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, with a maximum mating/un-mating force of 75N and terminal insertion force below 5N per pin. It is fully compliant with USCAR-T2V2 and LV 214 S2 standards and features reflow tin plating, Terminal Position Assurance (TPA), and Connector Position Assurance (CPA) for enhanced reliability. This connector is ideal for battery management systems, on-board chargers, lighting control, ADAS, and radar modules in modern automotive platforms.
