DESCRIPTION

The 10147520-144-THLF is a BergStak® FX10 0.50mm board-to-board header connector designed for high-density, high-speed applications with a 6.00mm stack height and 144 positions. It supports data transmission speeds up to 15Gb/s+ with differential impedance of 100O and single-ended impedance of 50O, meeting OIF MSA-100GLH electrical interface standards. The connector features a glass-filled LCP housing (UL94V-0, MSL level 1) with copper alloy contacts plated in gold, delivering a current rating of 0.4A per contact and contact resistance of 60mO maximum. It is fully compatible with Hirose FX10 series and offers robust mechanical performance with 100 mating cycles and mating/un-mating forces of 86.4N maximum and 11.5N minimum. This connector is ideal for high-density applications in automotive, datacom, telecom, server storage, and industrial markets where space savings and reliable high-speed signal integrity are critical.
