DESCRIPTION
The 10146997-12000LF is a right-angle through-hole header for the Minitek® Pwr 5.70mm connector system, designed for high-current power applications with a current rating up to 28A per contact and wire gauge compatibility from 16AWG to 12AWG. This connector features polarized mating geometry to prevent mis-mating, positive locking on the housing with low thumb latch operation, and a scoop-proof design that protects terminals from damage. Electrical specifications include a voltage rating of 600VAC (RMS)/DC, dielectric withstand voltage of 2200VAC, insulation resistance of 1000MO minimum, and low-level contact resistance of 2mO maximum, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 120°C for gold-plated versions. The connector is available in 2 to 12 circuits for dual-row configurations and is ideal for telecommunications equipment, server applications, industrial power distribution, and consumer appliances requiring robust, high-current power connections.
