DESCRIPTION

The 10142708-08100LF is a Minitek® Pwr 5.70mm vertical through-hole connector header designed for high-current power applications with a current rating up to 28A per contact and wire gauge compatibility from 16AWG to 12AWG. It features polarized mating geometry to prevent mis-mating, positive locking on the housing with low thumb latch operation, and a scoop-proof design that protects terminals from damage. The connector operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 120°C (gold-plated version) and delivers excellent electrical performance with low contact resistance of 2mO maximum, insulation resistance of 1000MO minimum, and a voltage rating of 600VAC (RMS)/DC with 2200VAC dielectric withstand voltage. This connector is ideal for telecommunications equipment, server applications, industrial appliances, and medical devices where reliable high-current power distribution and environmental durability are essential.
