DESCRIPTION

RJHSE3381 is a single-port high-speed modular jack connector featuring 8 positions and 8 flat contacts with integrated dual LEDs and a stainless steel shield. The connector is constructed with a high-temperature thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0 and phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating on mating surfaces (30 µ" minimum) and matte tin plating on contact tails (100 µ" minimum). It supports configurable LED options including single-color (red, green, yellow) and bi-color LED combinations, with forward voltage of 2.1 V typical and luminous intensity of 0.5 mCd minimum at 2 mA. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to 85°C and is designed for wave soldering at 260°C maximum for 5 seconds, making it suitable for Ethernet and high-speed network applications requiring status indication through integrated LEDs.
