The MRJR578001 is a rugged RJ45 modular jack connector designed for reliable Ethernet connectivity in harsh industrial and outdoor environments. This 8-position connector features Cat5e performance level specifications and integrated LED indicators for visual status feedback, with available options for right-angle or vertical PCB tail termination. The connector is constructed with phosphor bronze contacts plated with 1.27 µm gold over 1.27 µm nickel, a UL94V-0 rated thermoplastic housing, and a die-cast zinc alloy shell with nickel plating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. It operates reliably across -40 °C to +105 °C with an insulation resistance of 500 MO minimum and dielectric withstand voltage of 1000/1500 V AC at sea level, and is rated for 2500 mating cycles. The connector is ideal for networking, telecom, server, and industrial applications requiring robust performance in demanding conditions, offering dust covers and rubber boots for enhanced protection and compatibility with standard RJ45 plugs.
