DESCRIPTION
MRDBN09CBPC00 is a 9-position male connector cable assembly with metal housing and socket contacts at both ends, designed for reliable signal transmission in industrial and commercial applications. The assembly features a 16 mm size with latch lock mechanism, 22 AWG stranded copper conductors with PVC insulation, and a black PVC jacket meeting UL AWM 2464 standards. The connector housings are constructed from thermoplastic PBT with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, inner housing and latch from chrome-plated zinc alloy, and contacts from gold over nickel-plated copper alloy. Operating over a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C with IP67 environmental protection in mated condition, this cable assembly provides robust connectivity for demanding environments. The cable length is customizable from 1 meter to 30 meters, making it suitable for various installation scenarios requiring flexible cable routing and secure mating.
