DESCRIPTION
MRDAP07CBPC00 is a 7-position MRD series cable assembly featuring male connectors with plastic PBT housing and pin contacts at both ends, designed for reliable signal and power transmission. The assembly utilizes 22 AWG stranded copper conductors with PVC insulation and a black PVC jacket, meeting UL AWM 2464 standards at 300V VW-1 rating. The connector housings are constructed from thermoplastic PBT with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, gold-plated copper alloy contacts, and silicone rubber grommets and O-rings, with a zinc alloy chrome-plated latch mechanism. The cable assembly operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and provides IP67 environmental protection in mated condition, ensuring robust performance in demanding applications.
