DESCRIPTION

L77SDEH09SOL2RM8C309 is a 9-contact D-Sub connector designed for straight PCB termination in standard density configuration. The connector features precision formed brass pin and phosphor bronze socket contacts with selected gold plating in the mating area, complemented by tin plating on termination areas over nickel base. The insulator is constructed from glass-filled thermoplastic (UL 94V-0) with a steel shell featuring tin over nickel plating, meeting MIL C24308 and NFC 93425-HE5 standards. Mechanical specifications include a maximum single contact insertion force of 0.54 kg and mating/unmating forces of 3.05 kg maximum mate and 0.36 kg minimum unmate. This connector is ideal for industrial, telecom, and standard I/O applications requiring economical, reliable PCB-mounted interconnections.
