DESCRIPTION
L77SDCH37SC309 is a high-density D-Sub connector featuring 37 contacts with solder-cup termination and precision-formed brass contacts. The connector is constructed with a steel shell with tin-over-nickel plating, glass-filled thermoplastic insulator (UL 94V-0), and brass contacts with selected gold plating in the mating area and tin plating on the termination area. It operates at a voltage rating of 250V AC/rms 60Hz with a current rating of 3A per contact, withstanding voltage of 1000V AC/rms for one minute, and maintains insulation resistance of 5000MO at 500V DC. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and features a contact resistance of 20mO maximum. This connector is ideal for industrial, telecom, and standard I/O connections requiring economical, high-reliability solder-cup termination in compact form factors.
