DESCRIPTION

The FLSSR4001 is a four-contact luminaire receptacle designed for DALI protocol and auxiliary power supply integration in lighting applications, fully compliant with ZHAGA Book 18 specifications. The connector features poke-in wire termination with support for 20 to 16 AWG (0.5 to 1.5 mm²) wire sizes, and includes a maximum insulation outer diameter of 3.00 mm with a recommended strip length of 8.00 to 11.00 mm. Contact assignments include +24V auxiliary power supply (Contact 1), DA- negative pole for DALI protocol and ground (Contact 2), DA+ positive pole for DALI protocol (Contact 3), and an unconnected Contact 4. The connector is rated for a maximum current of 1.5 A per contact and 30 VDC maximum voltage, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The housing, nut, and insert are constructed from engineering thermoplastic (black), contacts are copper alloy with matte tin over nickel finish, the gasket is silicone rubber (black), and the lock washer is stainless steel. This receptacle is ideal for retrofit and new luminaire designs requiring standardized DALI communication and power distribution in panel thicknesses ranging from 1.50 to 6.00 mm.
