DESCRIPTION

The AX4M4 is an XLR 4-pole male cable connector designed for professional audio interconnect applications. It features machined contacts with nickel finish and incorporates a unique Australian-designed shell and housing with a one-piece ground/latch spring design incorporating twin wipe contacts for enhanced connection and EMI performance. The connector includes an ergonomic sleeve design for improved grip, an oversized ergonomic latch for quick and easy mating, and a chuck-style cable clamp suitable for 3 mm to 8 mm cable outer diameter. The compact solder buckets reduce soldering time and wastage, while the zinc diecast shell housing with satin nickel finish ensures durability and reliable performance in demanding professional audio environments.
