DESCRIPTION

The AZ820-2C-5DE is a subminiature DIP relay designed for compact board spacing with a nominal coil voltage of 5 VDC and a maximum continuous voltage rating of 7.5 VDC. It features a DPDT (2 Form C) contact arrangement with bifurcated crossbar contacts rated for a maximum switched current of 2 A and maximum switched power of 30 W or 60 VA at 150 VDC or 300 VAC. The relay exhibits excellent electrical characteristics including a coil resistance of 45 O (±10%), contact resistance less than 50 milliohms, and a mechanical life expectancy of 10 million operations with electrical life of 5×105 operations at 1 A, 30 VDC. With an operate time of 5 ms and release time of 2 ms at nominal coil voltage, combined with low profile design and standard 0.1" grid terminal spacing, this relay is ideal for automatic wave soldering applications, telecommunications equipment, and industrial control systems requiring reliable switching in confined spaces.
