DESCRIPTION

The AZ2150-1C-18DE is a 40A miniature power relay featuring a single Form C (SPDT) contact arrangement with an 18 VDC coil designed for reliable switching applications. This relay delivers maximum switching power of 900 W or 10,000 VA with contact resistance less than 20 milliohms initially, utilizing silver cadmium oxide contact material. The coil operates at a nominal 18 VDC with a maximum continuous rating of 27.4 VDC, a must-operate voltage of 13.5 VDC, and a coil resistance of 380 O (±10%). The relay is sealed for automatic wave soldering and immersion cleaning, with a Proof Tracking Index (PTI/CTI) of 175 and Class B insulation (Class F version available at 155°C). It achieves a mechanical life expectancy of 10 million operations and an electrical life of 100,000 cycles at 30 A 120 VAC resistive load, with operate and release times of 8 ms and 3.5 ms respectively. The relay meets UL 508 Group A spacing and UL 873 refrigeration requirements, making it suitable for industrial control, HVAC systems, and general-purpose switching applications requiring high reliability and compact form factor.
