P10522-CL005 is a non-shrinkable PVC tubing designed for electrical insulation and wire protection in various industrial and commercial applications. The tubing features an inner diameter range of 0.183 to 0.198 inches with a minimum wall thickness of 0.020 inches, and is available in black and clear colors to suit different visibility and aesthetic requirements. It meets rigorous electrical and mechanical standards including UL Standard 224 VW-1, CSA International Standard 198, and MIL-I-631D specifications, with a dielectric strength of 870 V/mil minimum and volume resistivity of 2×10¹4 ohm-cm. The material exhibits excellent mechanical properties with a tensile strength of 2780 psi minimum and elongation of 260% minimum, operating reliably across a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C.
