F2213/4-BL003 is a heat shrinkable tubing product manufactured by Alpha Wire, designed for electrical insulation and cable protection in demanding environments. The tubing is constructed from cross-linked polyolefin material with a nominal 2:1 shrink ratio, featuring a minimum supplied inner diameter of 0.750 inches that recovers to a maximum of 0.375 inches with a nominal wall thickness of 0.030 inches after heating. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +135°C, achieves full recovery at 121°C, and demonstrates excellent mechanical properties including a minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and 200% elongation, along with superior electrical properties such as 500 V/mil dielectric strength and 1×10¹4 ohm-cm volume resistivity. The tubing is available in multiple colors (black, white, clear, red, yellow, blue, green) and complies with UL Standard 224, CSA Standard 198, and AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications, making it suitable for aerospace, industrial, and commercial wiring applications requiring reliable insulation and environmental protection.
