The 7131-YL005 is a single-conductor hookup wire designed for general-purpose electrical applications requiring reliable insulation and conductivity. It features a 22 AWG tinned copper conductor (7/30 stranding) with a nominal 0.016" wall PVC insulation, achieving an outer diameter of 0.062 ± 0.002 inches. The wire is rated for 300 V RMS at temperatures up to 105°C and complies with UL AWM Style 1430, CSA REW-XLPVC FT1, and MIL-W-16878E Type C specifications. It exhibits a conductor DC resistance of 16.2 O/1000 ft at 20°C and an inductance of 0.06 µH/ft, with a maximum pull tension of 5.5 lbs and a bend radius of 10× cable diameter.
