DESCRIPTION

2842/19-GREEN-1000 is a PTFE-insulated hookup wire designed for high-temperature and precision wiring applications. It features a 28 AWG (19/40) silver-plated copper conductor with a diameter of 0.016 inches and PTFE insulation with a 0.006-inch nominal wall thickness, resulting in an overall insulation diameter of 0.027 ± 0.002 inches. The wire operates over a temperature range of -60 to 200°C and is rated for 250 VRMS with a conductor DC resistance of 58 O/1000ft at 20°C. It meets MIL-W-16878/6 (Type ET) and NEMA HP3-ETXBCE specifications and is RoHS and REACH compliant. This hookup wire is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring reliable performance in demanding environments.
