DESCRIPTION
ATFC-0201HQ-0N6B-T is a high-Q thin film chip inductor featuring a 0.6 nH inductance value with tight tolerance of ±0.1 nH (B tolerance). The device utilizes photolithographic single-layer ceramic construction on an alumina substrate with dimensions of 0.60 × 0.30 × 0.23 mm, delivering excellent Q factor of 14 minimum at 500 MHz and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 6 GHz minimum. With a maximum DC resistance of 0.10 O and maximum DC current rating of 750 mA, this inductor maintains stable inductance across high-frequency circuits and operates reliably over the temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The component is ideal for cell phones, GPS modules, VCO/TCXO circuits, RF transceiver modules, and wireless communication applications where superior temperature stability and high-frequency performance are critical.
