DESCRIPTION

The AST3TQ-T-10.000MHZ-28 is a precision 10.000 MHz Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) housed in a 7.0 x 5.0 x 1.9 mm SMD package. It delivers a high frequency stability of ±280 ppb over a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This device operates on a nominal +3.3V supply, consumes a typical current of 3.0 mA, and provides a standard LVCMOS output with a typical RMS jitter of 1.0 ps. Its high performance makes it ideal for demanding applications such as GPS tracking, COTS military radios, LTE/BTS infrastructure, and test and measurement equipment.
