DESCRIPTION
The ASFL1-66.666MHZ-LCS-T is a 3.3V HCMOS/TTL compatible SMD crystal clock oscillator designed for high-density surface mount applications. It operates at a frequency of 66.666 MHz with a supply voltage of 3.3V (2.97V to 3.63V range) and features a tri-state function for output control. The device delivers input current of 20 mA (typical) with rise and fall times of 5 ns (maximum 7 ns) and symmetry of 50% at 1/2Vdd. Operating over a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C with frequency stability of ±20 ppm and aging of ±5.0 ppm per year, the oscillator is housed in a compact 5.0 × 3.2 × 1.3 mm seam-sealed package suitable for RoHS-compliant reflow processes. This oscillator is ideal for applications including CCD clocks for VTR cameras, PC-connected equipment, wireless communication devices, and portable computers where reliable timing and compact form factor are essential.
