DESCRIPTION

The ASFL1-64.000MHZ-EK-T is a 3.3V HCMOS/TTL compatible SMD crystal clock oscillator designed for high-density surface mount applications. This device operates at a nominal frequency of 64 MHz with a supply voltage range of 2.97V to 3.63V (typical 3.3V) and features a tri-state output function for flexible system integration. The oscillator exhibits excellent frequency stability with typical symmetry of 50% at 1/2Vdd, rise/fall times of 3 ns maximum, and phase jitter RMS of 1 ps maximum (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The compact 5.0 × 3.2 × 1.3 mm seam-sealed package ensures high reliability and is suitable for RoHS-compliant reflow processes. Common applications include CCD clock generation for VTR cameras, PC-connected equipment, wireless communication systems, and portable devices such as PDAs and laptop computers.
