DESCRIPTION

AMPLA7030S-3R3MT is a shielded molded inductor featuring 3.3 µH inductance with 20% tolerance, designed for high-frequency switching applications between 100 kHz and 2 MHz. The inductor exhibits soft saturation characteristics with an RMS current rating of 6.0 A and saturation current of 13.5 A, combined with a typical DC resistance of 28 mO (maximum 30 mO). It utilizes a carbonyl powder core with copper wire and tin-plated terminals, housed in a compact lead frame package with dimensions of 9.6 mm × 7.3 mm × 2.8 mm. The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and is ideal for power conversion circuits, DC-DC converters, and other switching mode power supply applications requiring high current density and electromagnetic shielding.
