DESCRIPTION
The P50L-020P-RR1-DA is a 3M Pak 50 Low Profile Plug connector designed for through-hole, right-angle boardmount applications with 20 contacts. This connector features a low profile of 0.276" (7 mm) from the PCB surface and operates at a 1.27 mm (0.050") contact pitch, making it suitable for space-constrained designs. The insulator is constructed from glass-filled PPS with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and contacts are phosphor bronze with gold flash plating on wiping areas and solder tails. It is rated for 0.5 A continuous current, withstands 650 V AC for 1 minute, and maintains insulation resistance greater than 1×10? O at 500 V DC. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C and is compatible with IR and wave soldering processes with a process rating of 260°C MSL1. Retention clips stabilize the connector during wave soldering, and optional standoffs allow board offset of 1.0–4.0 mm, making this connector ideal for industrial and telecommunications equipment requiring robust, high-temperature interconnection.
