DESCRIPTION

The CX-441-P is a compact diffuse reflective photoelectric sensor with amplifier built-in, engineered for precise detection of small objects in industrial applications. It features a sensing range of 2 to 50 mm (0.079 to 1.969 in) with an adjustable range of 20 to 50 mm (0.787 to 1.969 in), and delivers exceptional accuracy with hysteresis of 2% or less of operation distance. The sensor incorporates a high luminance red LED spot beam with an extremely small beam spot of approximately 2 mm (0.079 in) at a setting distance of 100 mm (3.937 in), enabling detection of minute objects and height differences as small as 0.4 mm (0.016 in). With PNP output configuration, 12 to 24 V DC power supply (±10%), and a maximum output current of 100 mA, the sensor is ideal for applications requiring detection of small tablets, biscuits, and other miniature components on production lines. The advanced optical system provides 2.5 times greater sensing capability compared to conventional models, while maintaining color-insensitive performance for both black and white objects.
