DESCRIPTION

The AQV258H5 is a PhotoMOS HE 1 Form A optoisolated relay designed for industrial applications including battery monitoring systems (BMS), isolation detection, and voltage monitoring. It features a maximum load voltage of 1,500 V peak AC with a continuous load current rating of 20 mA, and supports both AC and DC loads. The device offers an I/O isolation voltage of 5,000 Vrms, an on-resistance of 315 O typical (500 O maximum), and fast switching times with a turn-on time of 0.35 ms typical and turn-off time of 0.04 ms typical. Operating over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, the AQV258H5 is ideal for high-voltage isolation applications requiring reliable switching performance and industrial-grade reliability.
