DESCRIPTION

The NC7SZ125M5X is a single buffer with a three-state output from onsemi's Ultra-High Speed (UHS) TinyLogic family. Fabricated with advanced CMOS technology, it is designed for ultra-high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation. The device operates over a broad VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Key features include over-voltage tolerant inputs that facilitate 5V to 3V translation and power-down high-impedance inputs/outputs, making it suitable for various high-speed logic and bus-driving applications.
