DESCRIPTION

The MUR120RLG is a SWITCHMODE ultrafast power rectifier designed for high-speed switching applications. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 200V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0A. This device features a very fast reverse recovery time of 35 ns and a low maximum forward voltage of 0.875V at 1.0A, ensuring high efficiency. It is designed to operate over a wide junction temperature range from -65°C to +175°C. Due to its performance characteristics, the MUR120RLG is ideal for use as a freewheeling diode and in inverters and switching power supplies.
