DESCRIPTION

The MMBFJ201 is an N-Channel general purpose amplifier designed for applications with high impedance signal sources. It features a gate-source cutoff voltage between -0.3V and -1.5V and a zero-gate voltage drain current ranging from 0.2 mA to 1.0 mA. Key electrical characteristics also include a minimum gate-source breakdown voltage of -40V and a forward transfer admittance of at least 500 µmhos. This device is primarily intended for use in low-level audio and other general-purpose amplification circuits.
