DESCRIPTION
The FAN3227TMX is a dual 2 A, high-speed, low-side gate driver designed to drive N-channel enhancement-mode MOSFETs in switching applications. It features two independent non-inverting channels with TTL-compatible input thresholds and separate enable pins. The driver operates over a wide 4.5 V to 18 V supply range and provides high peak currents, typically 3 A sink/source at a 12 V supply, to minimize switching losses. It incorporates MillerDriveâ„¢ technology for high current during the Miller plateau stage and features propagation delays matched within 1 ns between channels.
