DESCRIPTION

The 74LCX125MTCX is a low-voltage quad non-inverting buffer with 3-STATE outputs, fabricated with advanced CMOS technology for high-speed operation and low power dissipation. It operates over a wide VCC range from 1.65V to 5.5V and features 5V tolerant inputs and outputs, enabling the interface between 5V and 3V systems.
