DESCRIPTION

The 1N4004RLG is an axial-lead, glass-passivated standard recovery rectifier. It is characterized by a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0A. The device can withstand a non-repetitive peak surge current of 30A and has a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.1V at 1.0A. With an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, this component is suitable for a wide variety of general-purpose rectification tasks in low-power circuits.
