DESCRIPTION

The G3VM-41AY1 is a standard type MOS FET relay in a compact DIP4 package, designed for high-reliability switching applications. It handles a continuous load current of 2000mA and a load voltage of 40V. This relay is characterized by a high dielectric strength of 5,000 VAC between input and output, a low maximum ON-state resistance of 0.15 Ω, and a maximum trigger LED forward current of 3mA. With its SPST-NO contact form and robust electrical isolation, it is well-suited for use in test and measurement equipment, security systems, industrial controls, and medical devices.
