DESCRIPTION
The EE-SV3-C is a high-sensitivity transmissive photomicrosensor designed for object detection. It features a 2.1 x 1.0 mm sensing aperture and is supplied in a PCB terminal package. The sensor operates with a peak emission wavelength of 940 nm and has a light current range of 1 to 28 mA. Key characteristics include a typical rise and fall time of 4 µs, a maximum dark current of 200 nA, and a maximum collector-emitter saturation voltage of 0.4 V. This RoHS compliant sensor operates over a temperature range of –25°C to 85°C, making it reliable for various position sensing applications.
