DESCRIPTION

The A79608-001 is a 6-contact, polarized, male/female nano connector. It is constructed with thermoplastic insulators, beryllium copper pins, and copper alloy sockets. The contacts feature a hard gold plating per ASTM B488, while the terminations are solder coated. This connector is rated for 1 Amp and has a maximum contact resistance of 71 milliohms. Having passed the performance specifications of MIL-DTL-32139, it is well-suited for demanding environments where robust and miniature interconnects are required.
